List projection dead-letter queue records
Reads failed-projection records (incl. the rejection message/stack) from the DLQ bucket, optionally scoped to one projector and capped by limit. Read-only — use /admin/resync-projections to re-apply and /admin/dlq/purge to clear. Requires dual auth: X-Admin-API-Key + JWT.
